What is the format for entering cc expiration date it says mm/yy for example I tried 01/01 01/2001 still doesn't work help please?

Your credit card expiration date is the date that your credit will expire (or stop working). As such, it is impossible for your expiration date to be any earlier than 03/17 (March 2017), or else you couldn't be paying for Premium with it.
