Switching premium account from Facebook to email

Hi,

My premium Spotify account is currently linked to Facebook and I only login via my Facebook account (I don't have an email login set up). I forgot about this and when I deactivated my Facebook account I could no longer access Spotify. I only just recently paid for this month's subscription so I don't want to have to set up an entirely new account with an email login. Is there any way I can change my account from Facebook-login to email-login and retain the same payment info (so I can do it now, rather than waiting for this payment month to end)?
