Solved!! Basic Individual plan vs any premium plan

What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Started a Family vut they can't redeem the token

I'm a Premium and started a family with 2 more family members but they can't redeem the tokens. Message that appears is that premium code is not valid. Do I have to re-invite them?
