Hi -  I got  new Andoid phone and always have Spotify premium.  Now I only have regular spotily and am getting charged for Premium.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey there @sammy18, welcome to the community!

 

Let's see what may be going on here 🙂 In your new device, your status is not Premium? If so, try logging out and back in to shake things up. If that doesn't work, take a note of how you usually log in since you may have created a duplicate account. In this case, try taking this survey that can point you out in the right direction.

It sounds like you are logged into the wrong Spotify accont.
