Payment problems

Hello all.
I would like to ask you for a help. I want to start my subscription for Premium but my payment is not possible. I fill all the credit card info and when I push the button for confirming, It says that: Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method. 
Can you please help me? I tried it on several PCs and internet browsers but It repeats all the time I am getting bit desperate.

Hi

I need help on verifying my accounts, as it seems I'm getting charged for one, that I lost my login info. I'm still on the 90day trial for the premium on another one but I haven't signed up for the full premium on either one of them! I want the family plan but I don't want to sign up to it and get charged for the other account!
