Payment stopped working

About a month or two ago I changed my visa card and as recently as my Spotify Premium bill didn't go through I tried to update my payment information to no avail. I cancelled my Spotify Premium and upgrade to to Spotify Premium again as I thought that would solve the problem and it still didn't work. I contacted my bank to see if there's any problem on their side of things to which they found nothing as they cancelled my previous card. What is the problem here? 

Edit: Contacted customer support and solved this issue.
