Hi,
I tried to set up a premium account last night and have been charged £4.99 to my account but premium isn't working? Please could I get a refund and stop the subscription. I can't do this as it's not showing up that I have premium even though I was charged and probably will be for the coming months aswell. Thanks in advance!

Hey @ninahorsfall, welcome to the Community!

 

Are you able to see the current status of the payment on your account? If it's showing as pending/pre-auth, it means it hasn't gone through and the funds should get back to you within a few days.

 

If that's the case, try resubscribing to Premium here using an incognito window.
