Monthly payments

Hey,

I used to have Spotify Premium where I would pay 9,99 euros once a month (I live in the Netherlands) which suddenly stopped about a week ago. Not sure why it stopped, but the biggest problem is that when I want to start a new subscription the only options I get are either a family plan, student account or regular Premium except I have to pay an entire year in advance. Does anybody know how I can get back to a Premium subscription with monthly payments (and if this is even still possible)?
