I canceled my subscricbtion and was still charged. I was charged the 9.99 and then because I didn't have the money was charged another 32 dollars for not having the money in my account. My bank account is 42 dollars in the negative and it needs to be fixed

Hey @Sniderfamily1,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
