I accidentally bought the full year package for spotify premium and it was a complete accident, can i remove the transaction? Please reply as soon as possible!!!

I got charged for spotify for a year, when it should have been free with Spark.  Followed all instructions with spark, entered code etc.  Please refund and sort out.

It sounds as though your payments are deducted by Spark? If this is the case you would need to contact them directly so they can take a look at this for you.
