I have received an email each months siad I have authorised a payment of $17.99 AUD to Spotify Finance Limited. I am wondering how can i cancel the payment or can I get a refund back as I havent authorised the payment.

This sounds like a non-official email from a malicious email address.

I have checked my bank account and they do change me 17.99 dollars each months. I have checked my spotify account and I havent subscribed any plans.
