Pending charge

Pending charge

my card accepted the charge but the Spotify website said it didn’t go thru. Any idea of that? Did I lose my money?? 
My Spotify didn’t update to premium

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company. 🙂

No me llega a cargar la forma de pago en spotify tanto en pc como celular

I tried to make payment for the student plan and it said plan not successful but I was debited twice and and still wasn't upgrade to premium and when I check my order history it showed only one payment still on awaiting.

I just paid for premium 5 days ago, The recipe still show in my Payment app
But It's not showing in Spotify Paid History
And They warned me to pay again to continue subscription. 

Will I be notified when my Spotify is upgraded to premium?
