Playlists on Premium

Hey community,



I have premium and I downloaded some playlists. This was a while ago and now my playlists don't show up as downloaded even though they are.





Just wondering if anyone can help.

Hi @benmattila55, welcome to the Spotify Community!


If you downloaded your playlist for offline listening, but after a while the downloaded songs are greyed out, you can try removing all of your offline devices here. Sometimes there can be a duplicate cache in the offline devices and it's fixed by removing them.


After that, just reinstall the app following these steps. Finally, you'll need to download the music again.

Thankyou so much for this suggestion.


Since all the music plays online and offline I will politely ignore you helpful suggestion. This is because I went through a lot of pain, time and effort getting the songs to download on my phone (I have an old crappy phone).


If a problem arises with music playback I will definitely consider this suggestion.
