I have a $14.99 payment coming out monthly from my bank account however the couple of logins I thought it must be are saying I am only on Spotify Free, how can I cancel the $14.99?

Hi,
click your name at the top right and go to "Accounts" > "Receipts". Verify you are on the account making the payments by looking down the list of them on this page.

If it is this account making the payments, go to "Subsciption" > "Cancel your subscription" and follow the steps.
