As shown in the attachment My Credit Card has been charged $14.99 per month since July or Aug of 2017, for a Premium membership. I have been unable to access Spotify, however my husband has. He tried to help me fix it the other night and said he couldn't see where I had a subscription. So I signed up the next day for the $9.99 free trail. Then I found This on my Credit Card Statement. I only need one account and would like to cancel the free trail but dont want to lose my Spotify again. Can someone help me? OUntil I restarted the free trail I was never able to sign on to spotify.

Hey @user-removed, thanks for your post here!

That's not cool! Let's get to the bottom of this! It sounds like you might have multiple accounts. One with Premium for Family and one with a Premium trial.

 

I recommend to cancel your subcription on the account with the Premium trial and only using your Premium for Family account moving forward. You can find all the accounts you have with these steps. Let me know how that goes!
