Por qué me hacen doble cobro de mi plan, si solo tengo una cuenta?

Me están cobrando 2 planes premiun individual, uno en fecha del 13 o 14 y otro de los días 24, pero solo tengo una sola cuenta, cómo puedo eliminar el otro pago?
