Premim duo problem to sharing the accont

When my partner tries to join to Premium Duo, Spotify says that she can join to duo program just once in 12 months. We previously shared an account duo that I deletd months ago.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

 

An account on Spotify can only be part of 2 Premium plans per year (Family/Duo). This means that, if the user has already switched plans in the past 12 months, the system will decline the new invitation when joining.

 

However, this info can only be confirmed by checking the account. As we don't have access to users accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support so they can check the accounts and help you further.
