I just started Spotify two months ago but had to change phones.  Verizon reinstalled Spotiy on my new Android.  Even though my login is the same I cannot access my premium account.  I have tried changing my password with no success.  I am very frustrated and will block Spotify on my credit card if I can't solve this problem and will never use the service again.

Hey! Are you seeing Free features? You probably have 2 accounts...https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/login_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/ is a link you can go to to try and find the other one. If it's not there, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify on Twitter or through the contact form as they can find it with info that youdon't wanna share in public
