My Question or Issue

I joined my sisters spotify duo plan and for some reason spotify keeps kicking me out with a message saying my past subscription before had a payment failed when I had already canceled it to join my sisters subscription. I just want to know why Spotify is basically reseting my app and kicking me out of my sisters duo plan?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

If your Duo subscription was canceled due to a failed payment in the past, the account may be on pause and in this case we recommend you get in touch with our Customer Support team via one of the channels here. They should be able take a closer look into the matter and help you further. 

As much as we'd like to assist you - we can't make any account related actions here in the Community as we don't have access to the necessary tools to look further into this.
