My Question or Issue
I keep getting served banners advertising Premium Duo when I open my library, even if I am a Premium subscriber and I have dismissed the banner countless times.
This happens several times a day, and is both annoying and unacceptable for a paying subscriber.
Hey, @skydna
Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!
Super sorry to hear you're experiencing it. The banner was part of a campaign that is going over soon, so you should stop seeing it, anyway. However, this issue has already been forwarded to the relevant team.
Stay awesome!
If you have further questions or if you need anything else, let me know! I'd love to help!

Luan 🇧🇷
Thanks. I am strongly opposed to the idea of seeing ads when on Premium, I think that is disrespectful towards your paying subscribers. The Library is also a very intrusive spot to place an ad, especially under these circumstances.
Hi again, @skydna
I understand how frustrating this can be and it isn't the experience Spotify wants to bring to its users, definitely. Anyway, thanks for bringing this to our attention here in the community, and if you need anything else, don't hesitate to shout!
Have a great one!

So when exactly is the campaign ending? A week later, and I still have the exact same issue. How much longer does this need to go on? I am sincerely tempted to just close my account at this point.
Spotify keeps sending me popup ads in the App for Spotify Premium Duo, and I can't use Spotify until I click "decline". Over and over again. This has happened at least half a dozen times. I live alone, thankfully, given a history of being in abusive relationships. Stop rubbing it in.
Same issue here, it seems that premium users are still targeted for Duo or Family plans based on a few factors we might fall into.
In my case, my guess is that I have a wide and deep musical appetite. Not the time period or genre equality most people fall into.
The algorithms then say, this is odd, we only see this in >1 listener situations. Well, it's wrong and I have the data to support it, through 10+ years of last.fm saved track play logs.
It really disturbs me te be targeted every campaign again, where there is no interest in changing plans.
Hey there you, Yeah, you! 😁 Welcome - we're glad you joined the Spotify Community! While you here, let's have a fun game and get…
