Premium Duo invite not working

I have just upgraded to Premium Duo, but when I send an invite to join my partner to the plan the link just keeps going to an error message page not found. I have tried resending the invite on multiple devices. I have tried accepting the invite on multiple devices and browsers including incognito. I cannot figure out why this invite will not work?
