My Question or Issue

Hello,

When trying to setup Premium Duo, the first step is to put in your address. After I do exactly that, when I press the button, nothing happens. Therefor I can't get to the next step.

Error in console: 
main.ffbf19f7.js:1 POST https://www.spotify.com/api/family/v1/family/address/verify/ 503

I tried different addresses, the behaviour is the same for all of them.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Can you try the following:

  • Use an incognito window in your browser or another browser.
  • Connect to a different network, like Mobile.

If the issue is still occurring can you let us know if this is happening on multiple devices and if it's your first time signing up for a Family/Duo plan.

 

The more details we have the more relevant advice we can offer 🙂
