My Question or Issue

Hello all, 


I have a duo premium account with my partner, i connected my phone to my sonos all is working except for spotify. Everytime I ask for a song my sonos is telling me that i don't have a premium account ... I don't know what to do ?  

My partnet is the one "managing" the account, this may be a reason ? But anyway it should be working as i have spotify premium as well ...

Thanks for posting in the Community.

As a first step, can you please check if you're missing any of your other Premium features like on-demand listening or being able to play downloaded music offline? If not, you can ask your partner to check if the same thing happens when they connect their account to the Sonos speaker.
