My Question or Issue

Hello, I've just started Premoun Duo with my husband - he's the main account holder. Can you please confirm I won't be charged for my previous Premium account any more? Will I be refunded money for the overlapping month as my Premium renewed just a few days ago - on 18/07?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community. We'll be happy to tell you more about the subscription.

 

Once you've accepted the invite to Premium Duo and your account is now a sub-account, your prior subscription should be automatically cancelled. Only the owner of the Premium Duo will be paying for the Premium time.
