My Question or Issue

I've had premium individual for a while and trying to change my plan to duo, when I go to change plan the only available plan is for student. How do I sign up to duo with an existing account?

Thanks for reaching out. You can subscribe to Duo here. If that doesn't work and you have some other active subscription, cancel it, wait for your account to revert to free and then try again. Then it should work. If the issue persists, send us some screenshot of what you see and we'll have a look.
