Premium Family Only Last 18 Days

Country : Indonesia

My Question or Issue: 

So I've already paid for the Spotify premium family and it says it will last 30 days until the next payment. However after I bought 2 additional accounts for my family, the term becomes 18 days only and after that it will pay again. 

Can someone explain or help me with this please.

If you recently switched to a Premium Family subscription from another plan, it's possible that the subscription date changed to adjust with the Premium time you had from your previous subscription. You can check out your billing dates and amount from your Receipts page.
