I've changed from regular Premum account to Family Premium.

I've added two persons, sent them emails to invite them but it didn't work. 

Who can help?

we are having the exact same problem.....invitations sent,the family members accept the invitations but are not directed to a confirmation page. We need help too please!

 

Hola. Tengo el servicio premium, y quiero pasarme al familiar para incluir a mis hijas y una sobrina. Pero lei que tienen que vivir en el mismo domicilio. Mis hijas viven con su mama en Metepec, aunque su linea telefonica es del DF, yo vivo en la ciudad de Mexico, y mi sobrina en el DF tambien pero en distinto domicilio. ¿Puedo agregarlas a mi servicio familiar? Para ver si me cambio al plan familiar...
