Premium Feature Problem

Hello guys, i have a problem regarding with my playlist. I already registered on a premium subscription but when I try to play the next song there's a pop up "You Discovered a Premium Feature! Upgrading to spotify premium will unlock it". How can I upgrade it to premium if I already subscribed it. Need you help, thanks

I cant download offline eventhough i had premium and it keep saying that i dont have premium account, i tried uninstalling and still doesnt work
