My family plan for Spotify premium is on pause after getting multiple notices from Spotify stating that I need to update my payment method. However, when I go to update it gives me the following error.

 

"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method." 

 

I then changed what card I was using and it gave me the same error message.

Both cards that I'm using are prepaid vanilla gift cards and have enough currency on them

Hey @EpicEdition,

have you already tried to use another card or payment system? 

Also you should try to use an incognito tab or clear you browser cookies.
