I have a premium plan for 6 family members. When I go to add my daughter, it kicks her to a BASIC plan. I can't call anyone for help and am ready to ditch this serve. We pay $15.99 a month and she cannot even listen to her own music!

This can sometimes happen when Spotify isn't able to verify the address for Premium for Family. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info about this.
