I have the family Premium Plan.

 

My son is on this plan.

 

He cant use Spotify, it just stopped???????

Hey @Stephanie1234,


This doesn't sound right! Do you mind getting him to log out and then back in on his Spotify client for me? If he's using the web app, he should try using incognito mode on his browser.
