Premium Student with hulu and showtime not working

My Question or Issue

I have the premium student account with Hulu and showtime bundle. When I first got it and activated the accounts they worked fine. I recently tried to go on both Hulu and showtime and it told me I had to resubscribe to be able to watch even though it shows my account.
