Good afternoon:

 

I have a premium account for over 2 years now, and never had any issue. I pay it through my mobile phone operator (movistar - Spain).

 

Suddenly today I see that I am not premium anymore. why is that? I keep on paying the subscription from telefónica monthly.

Hi there! 

 

Unfortunately, like a lot of other contract packages, Movistar's Spotify promotion sadly only lasts for 2 years. After the 2 years, you have to pay Spotify's market price of 9.99 euro per month.  https://spotify.movistar.es/web/ayuda/precio.htm
