Premium Subscription Error

Premium Subscription Error

I have Premium with Vodafone but when I open Spotify it tells me I now only have the free account. I have not long upgraded my phone so it isn't just a case of my contracting expiring.

Hey @Carlws!

 

 As your Spotify subscription was set up through Vodafone, they're managing your subscription rather than Spotify. Please contact them and they'll help out with this.
