Paid for a premium but still my account says Free. I just wasted money for nothing.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial

I didn't try reinstalling. If I reinstall, will my account changed to premium? I need an assurance because I've paid for a premium twice but still my subsciption is not premium. I hope I can find a solution on this one.

Does your profile page say that you've got Spotify Premium?

I can't assure that a reinstallation of the api will fix your issue, but it might help. ^^

In this case you need to get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours! ^^
