I just paid for premium subscription and I got the confirmation and everything. Why I can't use it?

Could be a number of reasons, make sure youre logged into the correct account. check the email you will have received and use the username. Make sure the payment was successful from your statement, and hopefully you will be able to use premium again if the payment was ok
