My Question or Issue

 I want to cancel my premium account but have been unable to.  I don't know my username or password and I also tried looking for spotify files on my phone but can not find them.  Each month the charge is appear on my credit card.  Please help!

If you forgot your password, you can reset it by going to: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset

If you’re unable to cancel your subscription, can you tell me what the error message is showing? Also, try using another browser or incognito mode to see if that helps.

 Depuis un certain temps, j'essaie de m'abonner a premium. Avec n'importe quelle carte, que se soit visa débit, mastercard débit ou carte de crédit, ça me dit toujours "Échec de paiement" Grrrrr !!!!! Que dois-je faire car là, j'en ai marre....
