My Question or Issue

I'm having a problem paying for Spotify premium (prepaid). I have paid twice via Mpesa, which is recognised as a payment method in Kenya. I have received the transaction messages but my Spotify account hasn't changed to premium and I have received no receipt from Spotify. Anyone who knows what to do?

Thanks for coming to the Community.


I recommend making sure that..:

  • you're entering the correct phone number
  • you haven't exceeded your daily limit, if there's one
  • you have M-Pesa enabled, as the transaction won't be allowed otherwis

It's also possible it's a connective issue, so it might be worth trying it again while connected to a different internet connection.
