I got an email about a Spotify trial beginning on April 29th, but it hasn’t worked at all and it is supposed to last a week, how do I fix this as I do want to enjoy the trial

Hey @D-Trip,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
