Hi there and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you're seeing ads and aren't able to manage your subscription, then you're probably logged in a different account, which is on the free version. You can check if that's the case on your account page.

 

You can try logging out and logging back in with any other possible email address that you may have used to sign-up and get a subscription. You can also check your email for a receipt from Spotify where you can find the username of your account and try logging in with it.
