Premium account not working

Premium account not working

I just added a family member on the premium family bundle, and her account won't let her turn shuffle on. It says she's "discovered a premium feature", but in her account settings, it says she is a premium member, and all of her other premium features seem to work fine. Is this a glitch? What should I do?

 

EDIT: I tried a few things, and it turns out I can't skip songs either. So I'm currently paying for a premium account that DOES NOT WORK. What do I do?
