Premium account on iphone doesnt work

Hello !

I have a spotify premium account for sometime now, but on my iphone when i open spotify it says free, and all of my playlists are gone, i am using my facebook credentials...

 However onn spotify.com on my desktop it says i have the spotify premium, and i can find all of my playlist on my desktop, but not on the phone.

Tried to reinstall the app on iphone, nothing..... restarted the phone itself, still nothing....

Please help.

Hey @csabeee911,

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

• If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
• If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
• If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

Hey !

Problem solved.
I deleted everything on the phone. Reinstalled spotify. Deleted all safari cache. And stored passwords and now it works 🙂
