Premium but still Free

Premium but still Free

Last night I got Spotify premium after my week trial ended. I logged into my account on my laptop and purchased Spotify premium for the 3 months at 99 cents. However, today it says on my computer that I have Spotify premium and I have a confirmation email. However, on my iPad and iPhone it says I'm still on a free subscription and I'm unable to use premium. I have logged out of my account and re logged in. Even deleated the app and re logged in. Still says it's free and I'm unable to use premium features on my iPhone and tablet. I have made sure I'm using the same account countless times. Please help, thanks.
