My Question or Issue

 I recieved an e-mail saying my spotify account couldn't be paid. I tried following the steps and re-entering my information but it kept taking me to the Family plan, which I don't qualify for because I am a high school student. I pay for my own premium and now I can't fix it because Premium for just a single person appears to be gone. So I guess my question is what do I do?

I recommend you to try again on a different web browser or another device.

I’ve tried on 3 different browsers, logging out every time.
