My Question or Issue

I paid to get Spotify premium for 12 months and I've paid for the full year, but I've just used Spotify only for 3 months, and now it is saying my account is free, not a premium one. my downloads are not showing on my app, it's asking again to buy premium, but I've already paid for 12 months. 

May I know what the issue is here, please

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

 

Since we (the Community) don't have any access to the backstage area of any accounts, I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can take a look at it 🙂
