Premium fault

Premium fault

Hi, I started paying for a premium account which I've had for years, my brother and I have shared this account over two different devices, and has been working fine.

 

recently however I accidentally deleted my Spotify app, so I just reinstalled it, now though it says I'm on free and not premium, my playlists are gone, and can't seem to get my old lists back..

though my brother using my same 'old' account can still access my old account...

can anybody please help?

 

im paying but can't access my old lists or use premium, thanks!

Hi, i have the same problem with my account.

There's a chance you might be logging into a different or the wrong account. It would be best to contact support@spotify.com so they can check if you have other accounts with Spotify 🙂
