Premium features not working

Premium features not working

So I had not had premium for maybe close to a month and was able to get it back just today. The payment went through succesfully. Problem is there are certain features I can't use. I can select any song I want and download as well, but if I try to turn on shuffle it says I need to upgrade to premium, if I go the screen where you upgrade, it offers premium for family and my payment info is saved. I also can't go back on songs. I did relaunch the app and logged out and back in but nothing has changed. I never had this kind of issue, or any, over close to two years of using premium. What should I do?

That doesn't sound quite right.
Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
