Premium for Students

I tried getting the student premium but i couldn’t be verified that i was a student so i couldnt get it. But i was charged two separate times for $4.99

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

Two charges were made to the credit card but I still have the free account.

I have more or less the same problem. I was charged two times by spotify, but my subscription is still not premium. I didn't upload the student document yesterday when I was writing the card details. So I thought I would upload it today and spotify would charge, but without any bank confirmation as usual-normally I get a password from the bank by sms and when I enter it the payment is confirmed- I was charged and no premium. This is pretty suspicious. The card holder, my father has cancelled his card upon this issue. So, now, the bank says you are already charged. 1.Am I or not? 2. I uploaded the student certificate. If I am charged, will I be able to get premium as I am charged? 3.When are all of this gonna get clear?
