My Question or Issue

My premium got paused early, I had a 1 month subscription and Spotify paused it even though it hasn't been a month.  It said the last payment didn't work but it successfully charged my sim with 150 PHP.  What do I do? I already contacted the FB page but I doubt i will get a fast answer there.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch with us. We'll gladly help you solve this.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been double charged for a certain month.

 

It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months, and the system was able to take the payments with a certain delay.

 

This could make it look like you're not getting a full month of Premium but it's just the system catching up on earlier payments.

 

If that's not the case, you could also take a look at this page under ''Do you have more than one Premium account?'' to see what you can do to check if you have a second account  with us.
