Premium not appearing since phone upgrade

I’ve had a premium account for over a year. No issues until I change my phone in Dec. Now when I log on with exact same details I can see my history (playlists etc) but it’s not registered me as having a premium account, It’s showing as my account is a free one. 
Last payment was Dec for £9.99.
I have logged out of account on old phone and still not success. 
How do I get the service im paying for?

Thanks for reaching out. No worries, I'll be here to help. Can you let me know which subscription type shows under Your plan in your Spotify account page? If it shows Free, can you check if you can see a receipt for your las payment here?
